Windows IDE Auto-closes when Launched (Hollywood 11)

I pretty much do all my Hollywood programming on my Amiga, but I still installed Hollywood 11 on my Windows machine.
When I try to launch it, it displays the splash screen for a couple of seconds, and then it disappears and never displays the IDE.

(I've tried reinstalling it, but I get the same problem.)

Since between splash and opening basiccaly open plugins
Have you try without plugins ?

Hollywood 11 also require to copy plugins to users folder and not same drawer maybe some plugins double exist?!

I renamed my "Plugins" drawer, and now the IDE launches just fine.

Can you try to put the plugins back one by one to see which one is responsible for the crash?

That's strange. Works fine here. Are you using the latest RapaGUI version? (2.2) Which Windows version are you on? Are you using the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Hollywood?

It's a Windows 11 machine (64bit).

I just downloaded RapaGUI again and copied it into the Plugins drawer, and the IDE starts correctly.

According to the "properties" window, this newest one was created on August ‎24, ‎2024.
The one that was causing the problem was created on July ‎1, ‎2024. (I can email you the file if you want to look at it.)

Is that a beta version or something? I don't see any official version in the RapaGUI history that has a build date of July 1, 2024. The only release in 2024 was 2.2 on 24th August.

I do remember you having me test a beta version of RapaGUI in the past, but I thought it was longer ago than that.
I'll email it to you so you can examine it.

Thanks, but beta versions of course might use all kinds of temporary things that got removed or changed later so this needn't be investigated further. The only important thing is that release versions of plugins don't crash
