BSD Licensed Digibooster plugin?

Since Krashan has released DigiBoosterPro3's player code as
open source under a 2 clause BSD license, would it be possible to release the plugin source under a similar license?

I probably won't release the source of the plugin on my website since the license doesn't require that but if you're interested I can send it to you. Just drop me a mail.
