Can it is possible to add fonction of image translation, a deformation of image.
We have rotation in hollywood but not translation

Can you add this effect on future version of hollywood?

Image translation just moves the image on the axes. I guess what you want is image transformation... for this we have the TransformBrush() function. But this is limited to 2D transformations.
